Description
Goldfish buffer sets aquarium pH to approx. 7.4 and kH to approx. 8 degrees of carbonate hardness.
Both pH and kH are very important to a quarium stabilty.
KH the measure of Carbonates arecontinually consumed by the aquarium biology and pH (the potential of hydrogen) has a direct bearing on the toxicity of ammonia produced by fish.
A pH of 7 neutralises toxic ammonia if present.
Add to the aquarium at the rate of 1 teaspoon per 10 litres to automaticallys et pH to 7.4 and kH to approx. 8.
